Pretty interesting to see how the Windows Explorer has changed and evolved. I don't think I was even around when "MS DOS Executive" was active, haha.
ReplyDeleteAnd the new Windows 8 Explorer looks A LOT like Microsoft Word 2007's interface.
I am just floored and amazed by the among of research and analysis that went behind all the improvements for the Explorer of Windows 8. This is certainly a field that cannot be taken lightly.
ReplyDeleteOne thing that I missed the most after switching from Windows to a Mac, is the luxury of using the command: "Cut". There's no "Cut" or "Move to" in the Finder. I always have to have to manually drag files between two opened folder.
